Please join your fellow alumni and guests for an evening of jazz with the Miguel Zenón Quartet at the Wortham Theater Center and a special Princeton-only reception after the show with the artist, Miguel Zenón. Miguel lectured at Princeton.

Alto saxophonist Miguel Zenón is a 9-time Grammy nominee and Guggenheim and MacArthur Fellow and one of the most influential saxophonists of his generation. Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Zenón has built a distinguished career as a leader and has also toured or recorded with SFJAZZ Collective, Charlie Haden, Fred Hersch, Kenny Werner, David Sánchez and Danilo Pérez, among many others. “one of the most esteemed and singular-voiced alto saxophonists in jazz” — DownBeat
