Nonprofit 501(c)(3)

The Princeton Club of Austin is a subordinate organization within the Group Exemption of the Trustees of Princeton University and as such is tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The Princeton Club of Austin’s EIN is 22-3500357. Membership dues and any donations to the club are tax deductible.

Articles of Incorporation

Our original 1997 articles of incorporation were amended and restated in 2003, officially changing the name from the Princeton Alumni Association of Austin to the Princeton Club of Austin.

Bylaws

Our team is currently evaluating the original 1997 bylaws to propose amendments that will modernize the procedures. Once reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors, the new version will be posted here.
